Claimings, Tails, and Other Alien Artifacts - Lyn Gala

2,5 stars.

A vanilla version of [b:What Worse Place Can I Beg in Your Love?|4827407|What Worse Place Can I Beg in Your Love?|Syd McGinley|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1222650520s/4827407.jpg|4892568].

But whilst I enormously enjoyed was struck by What Worse Place Can I Beg in Your Love? I got mostly bored with this book.

It was not something totally unexpected - actually it is not my preferable genre: a sweet BDSM-aliens-fairy tail tale with a lot of LATE sex at 75% up to the end(that I generously skipped). My problem was the absence of any sexual tension between the MCs - I couldn't see the connection between them. I didn't FEEL their story, I READ it.

Well, I managed to finish it because the dialogues were here and there funny.

If it were meant to be a serious novel, it would have been a DNF for me.

P.S. It was Okay but not enough to make me want to read the sequel.
